This Friday, join Shandaken Projects for a Midsummer Literature Jubilee, followed by a dance party at Half Moon Hudson, starting at 7p!
This event celebrates local printed matter, including Counting Colors, a book of poetry and drawings by Sonia Ruscoe made this past winter at Shandaken: Catskill. The evening will feature readings by Ruscoe, as well as Frances Sultan, Annie Bielski, Jessy Fields, Tristan Geary, and Eva Weber; an ethereal musical performance by Natalia Ice; and a culminating darkwave dance party by xMAdMx. Shandaken Projects' recent books will be available for sale, along with exclusive merch silkscreened onsite that will never appear again. No cover, just fun!
